The first two applications were as promised - odor less - on 1/8/14 -the third treatment - and the interior of my house was full of toxic fumes that we had to open all the windows and leave the house with our three little one! When I called to complain (instead of offering me a refund)- I was threatened by Demetrius to be referred to "collections" if I did not make a payment on the phone instantly for contract cancellation - what sort of business prefers not to send a cancellation invoice - and demands payment for contract cancellation on the phone without paperwork or else "We'll have to refer you to collections!" BEWARE!
