Order from Amazon never arrived. I checked the tracking number and the website showed that it was delivered by OnTrac on 12/15 to the front door. Unfortunately,it wasn't to my front door. I called to check further and the driver came out 12/19 to retrace his steps and see if he recalled where he might have left the package. He didn't recognize the house and said he might have left it at a house with the same number on a street with a similar name. He was going to try to track down where he might have left the package. It still hasn't shown up. Amazon is re-shipping but not sure if the order will arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointed that Amazon is using this carrier.

I am an employee for Ontrac. Yes it is a horrible company. They pay LOW for BACK BREAKING work in their wharehouses. They try and squeeze every once of sweat out of you in very limited time frames. They also use minimal workers for huge load amounts to be handled, this is obviously done to increase profit margins while maintaining payroll to the lowest possible. You can count on NO raises even after 1 year of employment with this company. Do yourself a favor and choose a better shipping company who cares about their employees. BOYCOTT ONTRAC!
