I had springs and rollers replaced and all fine-tuned by One Clear Choice in 2009, bill at over $500. For 12 years the garage door had no problems at all (built in 1997), so I expected a longer return on investment than less than 2 years given the same usage. It turns out that recently one of the side cables came out of the pulley apparently due to spring losing tension, and again needed a technician. Someone above mentioned that "every time they're the best". Every time? Shouldn't these things last as before we called them?

After having a few other companies out to look at how I can make my garage doors quieter It became apparent that Jeff and Clear Choice were the answer. Jeff was timely, professional, pleasant and mature. He didn't do the hard sell, but gave me the options of poly rollers, lubing the door parts, replacing the spring. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was friendly, didn't smell like smoke and was over the age of 21. I put the Clear Choice sticker on my door and will definitely call them in the future.If the review is not verified. You may be getting fooled. Each time Dave has come out to repair the damage he a) arrived promptly and fixed everything before my husband got home b) provided excellent customer service by telling me "it happens all the time" and keeping a straight face c) keeps it absolutely affordable so I can continue to run into the garage on a regular basis and d) knows how to fix it each and every time I damage it.I love this company so much that I don't even feel bad anymore about having to call once a week AND my husband naively thinks I have acquired the skills to park my enormous car! I am so happy to be able to give this review. Jeff the technician was so nice and helpful. He corrected a situation from another company. I referred him to John Quarn across the street. jeff came over and looked at the door he did for me a year ago. I will always refer Jeff and this company.

They were quick to arrive, prompt & courteous. They replace my broken springs at a reasonable rate $189 for both. The repairmen suggested that I replace the rollers with Poly Rollers, stating that he could do it for $8 a roller with no installation fee and that even if I went to home depot I could not buy the rollers for that price. I had the 10 rollers replaced for $80. Then upon completion, he found that the screw carriage for the opener was worn out because of the failing spring, he quoted $140 for the replacement and after calling the shop was able to drop it to $59. Knowing that I could buy a new, top of the line opener for $169 I declined. I went to Home Depot later that day to find Poly Rollers at $8 for 2. I realized that I had been taken, but not to bad at that point. I then was able to find a replacement screw carriage online from several place for less than $20. This is were I decided to let people know. Beware of the additional repairs and do not hesitate to check

Dave from 1 Clear Choice Garage Doors was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly. He fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He walked me through all the details and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend him! Thank you.

I will recommend this company to my friends and family. I got a quote over the phone and paid the quoted price after the job was done. There is no trip charge. The techinician was there the same day. He is very professional, skillful, knowledgable, prompt and friendly. He took care of the problem and my door works great now.

Their promotions are enticing. I used them on two occasions, both times my garage doors had additional problems that needed done in their estimate. I did my due diligence on this last occasion and discovered they were 37% higher than their competition, even with the free trip charge. Unfortunately, the use of sub-contractors the company does not have any control over up sell practices.

I was very impressed by your website....wow coupons and all. I called your company out expecting to save some money. The bill was $365 for two springs when I was quoted arounnd $195. The peron on the phone promised me the $195 fee. They didn't tell me that the $195 didn't include labor. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris came over and was able to assess our problem and fix our door in under an hour. He also provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgable.
