very disappointing how you handled the fact that your main line backing up caused many thousands of dollars in damage to my home. then the people you sent to my house for the mitigation tried to charge me over double what the bill should have been. i do have proof of this. your manager was on the seen of the backup and assured me you would take care of all repairs. you didn't. this is when i found out that because the backup was not because of my lines or on my property, and was in fact your main line. My insurance would not cover it at all. to date your organization has cost me $21,000.00 in repairs. very bad way to treat your customers. you get an F- in my book. and i work for a water-sewer facility also bad business boys. we would have taken care of our customers and always have.
