Last time I moved, the guys from that company broke one of my chairs and made feel stressed from start to finish; a couple weeks ago I was needing help with my move but I wanted to find a better service; my best friend suggested me to contact your company and even when I was nervous, the men that arrived to my house, showed their skills and worked efficiently; I can say that you have professional personnel and your service is very recommendable.

Do not use these people. I had to cancel my move over a month before it was scheduled and they never returned my deposit. I have emailed and called them 8+ times to get a refund and no one will return a call or respond. In addition, they still sent movers to my location that said they still wanted to move me. This place is very shady. Avoid the headache and don't believe the low prices. They will take advantage of you. Beware, do not use this company.

This business deserves a 0 rating. I read the reviews and should have never, ever used this company, aka King Moving and Storage. They scratched or even ruined every piece of my furniture. They hire kids off the street to pack the truck. I sat in my new house crying because of the devastation they did to my life. AND, their quote was 100% marked up!!!!! Delivery of my furniture was a day late. I should have called the police and reported my furniture missing. No one even answered our phone calls. They hold you ransome. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I really discourage others from using this company because my experience with them was a disaster. I booked them to move me out of my Denver apartment and into a storage unit for a month until I re-located to my new apartment in Seattle. I have used movers many times before both for local moves and a long distance move and I have never had an experience as horrible as this. In the end, they did not move me and they refused to return to the deposit that, at the time I booked, I verified was refundable. Because of my timeline and an already purchased flight out of Denver the following the day I had to call another local moving company to move me both last minute and in the evening--no easy feat at the end of June which is the height of moving season.



There is a long list of details I could account to discourage anyone from using this company, but the bottom line is they were dishonest, unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Moving is so stressful as it is. Use a company that has good reviews. These guys are not a company anyone should ever use. Total scammers.

My experience:



Under NO circumstances use this company. Neighbors and King are connected in some way. I do not know what that connection is. A King truck showed up to do the actual move.



The price was off by 100%, the quality of care by the packers/loaders was not good. The truck was not large enough to do the job. The amount of moving blankets was not enough to do the job resulting in charges I never should have seen. Email for repair of damaged and broken goods have not been answered.



There was no inventory taken, no detailing of existing dings and dents. No discussion of damages they caused. Items to be stored were delivered, items to be delivered, I hope, were stored. Lamps were broken, an end table was broken as well. Items they wrapped were not unwrapped. An antique Louie IV game table being restored was placed upside down on the drive with no padding. When I spoke to the driver his comment was it is broken anyway, and I should throw it away. There was more than one such incident.



Boxes were not marked with what was packed inside making delivery to the correct room impossible.



Time to meet was not kept causing delays.



To reduce personal cell minutes used for the job the driver insisted he use my phone.



The driver asked if I would get them lunch. The request made sense to me so I was happy to do so. I did not agree to pay for their lunch and left the receipt with them expecting to be repaid. I was not. I am owed $38.00 for that piece of work.



To rub salt into the wound the driver had the audacity to ask for a tip! First I have had to move many times that has never happened before. My tip to them......... get out of the moving business. They are terrible.



All-in-all this entire move was a disaster.

This is the worst moving company I have ever experienced. It's hard to believe the reviews after the experience we received. Wrong e-mail addresses, bait and switch estimates, charging for shrink wrapped TV's ($50!!), threatening driver and helper (telling us they make minimum wage and that they expect to get tipped) before the move even started!!! The horror story goes on and on but I won't bore you with the details. Do NOT use these people. When movers stand over you as you are signing the bill of lading and "would you recommend questionnaire", it is threatening. They even told us they're not insured to take apart and put together a bed. That was a first from many years of moving experiences. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Best movers Around Denver, they did a precise job, I wanted professionals and I got them! It was very important for me and for my family to count with movers that were skilled and trained, we have some things that mean a lot to us and you guys did great, thanks

Moving to a new place is hard when the space is not the same, I had to put away many things and also while setting my new place I took from these guys the storage service which gave me some time to organized everything, after about three months I returned and all my belongings were nicely piled and protected from humidity and rain, thanks Neighbors you really care about customer's items.

Good working team, they were very careful and professional! Thanks I have no doubt I will call Neighbors One more time!

I was really amazed with these movers job. I believe that having good and well known movers right there dealing with your relocation will save you time and money. Thanks for the great job guys.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Movers were 8 hours late with no calls from Neighbors letting me know!

Damaged Furniture broke items and when they did they hid it from us until we found it later the next day.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Fair and sensible. The way neighbors moving and storage is organized gives us all the opportunity to move like rocks stars, their prices are very affordable but still their services are the best. I moved last week using their services and I am very pleased with the result and even thou I thought it would cost me a fortune it turned out to be very inexpensive and I had the delight of not having to do a thing.

My first own house. Two weeks ago I moved to my home, and I wanted everything to be perfect, I was moving in with two friends and we wanted to have time after the move to celebrate our independence, this moving company made that possible they arrived very early and got to work and by 4pm everything was already settled in my new home and then to party and celebrate.)

I lost the fear of moving, all thanks to this moving company from Denver. Once I began packing there was only one thing I could think about, which company am I going to call to do the moving for me? One day before going to sleep I decided to search online for a moving company in Denver not even 5 min had passed when I started reading all the amazing comments other movers had published about this company, immediately I wrote down their number called them up next day and booked. The service was great really efficient and proficient, thanks.

My movers were really great, they did everything they could to satisfy my concerns; I was worried about the safety of my art work, and the movers were really attentive to my requests, these is really what you want when you hire professional movers, with this company you get your money’s worth, they want your satisfaction and are interested in keeping a good reputation, From my part they disserve it. Thanks a lot.

At the time I did my booking I wasn’t considering some extra load I needed to include from stuff piled in the garage, and only realized some time later. The people at Nice Guy movers were understanding and didn’t seem to be bothered; they explained carefully the extra fees with which I agreed and the move was done as scheduled, the moving crew did a terrific job, I am pretty glad I hired this company.

I couldn’t believe when only a couple of glasses got broken during my house move last Monday, everything was packed so tight and well I really don’t know how it happened, the mover just did a wonderful job; and I want to write a just a note to thank them for putting that extra effort into my move, thank you guys at Neighbors Moving.

After doing a ton of research we decided on Neighbors Moving based on reviews and great interaction with their employees. It turns out the service was as good if not better in every aspect and did I mention we saved around $1,500.00 on the same service as we did with another company that provided the same service for us last year. Thanks to Neighbors Moving and storage.

We booked our move with Dan after being referred by a co-worker who was relocated by them last year. She had used them after finding them on the yellow pages and had a very good experience so we didn't even entertain any other companies. All I have to say is everything went exactly as planned and everyone was so helpful and sensitive to our every need. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of trustworthy and efficient movers.

Neighbors moving and storage is one of the most competitive companies out there, not only in terms of price, but in terms of service, which is more difficult to encounter.
