Customer service is about making sure the customer feels welcome, I have walked in on a number times to at least 3 store employees by a register and NO ONE has said good morning, good afternoon or (novel idea) how can I help you.I have counted at least 11 times where store employees have walked past me and not offered to answer a question.Natural and organic food is overpriced to start with, so adding GREAT customer service would make a customer want to return....

Vitamin Cottage is a great place to buy quality vitamins at a reasonable price. We found out recently that some of their cosmetics were priced even better than Wal-mart. i.e. Avalon. I like supporting a local Colorado company so the jobs and profits stay here.
