I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to handle the front porch lift work but they managed to surprise me.
I had been looking for someone to handle our front porch lift work since September last year and I shortlisted five bids in Colorado. Finally, the work started and I was given a whole new list of expenses that weren’t in the initial bid. Naturally, I declined to pay and started looking for more affordable options.
After months of looking, I finally came across Morning Star Lift and Elevator.
The cost they quoted was all-inclusive and 10% lower than one I had agreed on earlier.
They finally started the work and even arranged a cement contractor for my porch.
Within 6 days, I had a new exterior wheelchair lift added to my porch!
The company was in time, didn’t charge me any hidden fees during or post the installation process, were accurate and precise and I am very happy with the quality of service I received.
It’s only been 3 months since the Porch lift installation and my wife is all praise for these people, thanks to the comfort.
Moreover, just 30 days after the installation, we got a call and visit from one of the representatives. He left us his personal number and told us to call him immediately whenever we need his help.
I am particularly happy with the service and their punctual and honest attitude.
They were very professional and very thorough.

I got quotes from more than 3 companies and shortlisted 2 companies. But out of curiosity, I looked for more.
I came across Morning Star Lift on Craigslist and I am very glad that I did!
Everything was perfect, from beginning to the end.
To be really honest, I never thought I’d need to get a residential lift installed in our apartment building but with my ailing parents, It seemed like a great idea.
Like I said, I’d talked to other companies but they quoted a fortune! And, in the beginning, I wasn’t really sure what the market price for getting a residential lift installed in your own apartment building was. So, I shortlisted a couple of companies.
But when I heard the quote from Morning Star Lift, I was left stunned.
Not only with the price but they swept me off my feet with their service too.
I had the wood in the lift reinstalled to Oak and the whole lift was personalized. The process took almost 20-25 days and it gave me the results I wanted to see.
The lift looked great and was fully functional. In fact, my wheelchair ridden mother finds it fairly easy to use.
The installation was flawless and smooth and I didn’t have to supervise the entire process as the team was beyond professional.

I have a big family, my grandparents, my parents, my uncles, their kids, and others live in the traditional family house with three floors. We were in a desperate need of some sort of efficient home elevator. And we got one from Morning Star and Elevator. A great experience, that was. Thanks you!

I was greatful for the technicians at Morning Star Elevator. They tool pride in their work and were very helpful.

I bought a stairway elevator and these guys were the least expensive by far. BUT they refused to warranty the product. I was stuck in my basement for 3 days and finally had to call another service provider for repair. The low price up front was attractive but the let down it finally exposed I will never forget.
