Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY from this company. They gave me misinformation about how much my repair would cost. Even though I told them what was wrong with my car they charged $125.00 to come and look at my car for 5 minutes and did absolutly nothing. Then they wanted me to pay $250.00 to have my car towed to a shop, and even wanted me to look for my own transmission. This company is a joke. SAVE YOUSELF MONEY and the hassle and go with a reputable company!
The company has a minimum $125 labor charge regardless of how long the mechanic spends on the job (up to an hour). The customer was unhappy about having to pay $125 to have his suspected diagnosis confirmed. He was told up front about the minimum charge of $125 and agreed, and he was also informed that his $125 would be applied to replacing his transmission if he chose to have it replaced then and would also be applied in the future if he chose to have the repair completed at a later date.
