This place is horrible!!! I took my Parka coat in to be"Dry Cleaned" because it is a "dry clean" ONLY item due to its fur collar, so when I get it back, it was still soaking wet with a bad, BAD stinch (like mold and mildew) on it. So, my husband and I take it back and they get the odor out, but now all of my fur is slowing falling off. I will never, ever, go back here!!! Too disappointed to even go back and confront them.

I would not ever get my clothes cleaned at Mayfair. I took my things to this cleaners and when I went to pick them up the clothes were not cleaned. The cleaners claimed they had cleaned my belonging and did not. I wrote to the BBB and the wrong address was entered. I am waiting an address so I can take legal actions against this cleaners. I than went back to get my things and no one spoke English. I still have not gotten my clothing from this cleaners. The cleaners is giving me the run around. I have about $5000 worth of clothing at this cleaners. Do not use this place! I have been involved with this problem for two months. This business deserves a rating of a ZERO
