Tailoring Room has done a wonderful job altering my pants and skirts. The personnel there is very friendly and respectful. They quickly take measures and in a week the clothes are done

These folks are the best. They're a great addition to the Lowry/Hilltop/Crestmore area. I've always found them accommodating, like when I needed alterations quickly before a wedding. And their work has been perfect everytime.

DO NOT GO! Incredibly rude to customers and I had to return with an item that still had a huge hole in it after paying. I hope they go out of business because they do not know basic customer service skills. Please do not get your alterations done here. They are not good at what they do.

Terrible! I bought designer jeans for $150. I brought them here to have them hemmed. I asked if they would replace the original hem, they agreed that they would and asked me to pick which "sample hem" looked best. When I picked up my jeans they had not replaced the original hem, as promised, which makes the bottom of the jeans roll up. They ignored my request, thinking they new better, essentially ruining my brand new jeans!
