I have had several extremely positive experiences at this Spa. Facial, massage and nails all first rate and done with great care and good service.

Horrible customer service!! I had a Groupon to use. I had a family emergency come up and had to cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours; key word being "emergency". The owner left me a message that I couldn't schedule there anymore and to get a refund from Groupon. Which at this point was fine by me with how rude she was in broken English. I contacedt Groupon and they said they couldn't refund me because the Groupon had been marked as used. I obviously hadn't used it and was in shock and disbelief that after the lady told me to get a refund, she marked it as used so I couldn't get a refund. That was beyond rude and mean. Thankfully, Groupon was awesome and refunded me the majority of my $$ in the form of a credit. Much better customer service; perhaps Lavender could take lessons!!

My favorite place to relax and get treatments when im in town. You can get your nails, hair, facial, massage, banya, foot detox in a package for a great price.THEY HAVE other options. Great restaurant next door if your hungry.

Since my initial visit, I can say that I am still ELATED to have found this gem of a salon. Great People, service and product. They have everything you need. Absolute GEM!!!

I had gotten my boyfriend a gift certificate for us to get a couples massage through Lavender . I'm always hesitant to try new places but we were both pleasantly surprised! We both felt it was one of the best massages we've ever had. My woman used techniques I'd never felt before and I loved it! Thank you so much to the best day spa- we will be back! :)

I got an appointment with Dr. Jensen. Im very scared of chiropractors because of my past history. If you are like me and scared of chiropractors, try Dr. Jensen. He is incredible. I will never go anywhere else!

I bought the Lavender Complete Indulgence package which included a refreshing facial and a massage that was so relaxing I dozed off after 2 just minutes! And to top it off, I was lead by the receptionist to the next deal which was the mani pedi…that was the best day of my life!

I had purchased the package from Living Social and it included a breakfast,detox,massage and sauna. I enjoyed every moment of the package! It was awesome! Everyone was polite and professional. I enjoyed the food that was served and had a wonderful time. I was treated well, The owner came up to me and greeted me personally. I am looking forward to return to both the food and more at lavendar. I cannnot wait to go back!

Thanks Dr. Jensen! All I can say is that he has restored my body's energy and I am now living a positive outlook in life. I am deeply grateful and honored to have met such wonderful staff at Lavender. All of them are nice and very professional. I always go there for chiro and I am greeted with warm smiles and a very welcoming atmosphere. The decors are lovely too! I love that it is clean and the people help each other. One time I was late for my appointment and they did not hesitate to call me on my cell to remind me about it. Thank you!

First off, I just want to say that this spa is absolutely gorgeous! The inside has a warm and relaxing ambiance. You can tell this spa wasn't just put together over night like those spa chains I've been to in Denver where things are just falling apart (I’m sure you all know which one I’m talking about). Anyway, I came in for a single treatment and I was a little early. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk (sorry, I forget her name, but she was very polite). I also got a chance to meet the owner, M.J. and she is such a sweetheart! She made sure I was taken care of and took some time out of her day to give me a quick tour of the place. This spa pretty much offers anything and everything you need. I used to have to go to 2 different spas to get the treatments I like, and now I’m just going to go here! This new spa has great prices and services. Very chic and upscale. I immediatly bought gift certificates for my mom and sister.

The building is fabulous but the owner is CRAZY! She talks to the employees with disrespect, barges in on treatments and thinks she knows everything! This place is beautiful but won't last long because of her poor business and personal skills.

This place is by far the most amazing spa in Denver!!! It's completely full service and their facials are DEVINE!!! They're esthetician Carrie is the BEST around!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This brand new spa is what Denver has always needed - you can get your nails done, pedi, hair, massage, faicals and more! The atmosphere is devine. Everyone is so friendly, from Amanda at the front desk to the owner. Highly recommended!!
