They get this for making the effort to answer the phone. It was answered by someone in the Floral Dept. I asked for bakery, to order a cake. A male voice answered, then after making my request, he put me on hold. 2 minutes later it was answered by a female voice, who also put me on hold. I waited 5 more minutes, then got impatient & hung up.

I want to complement service at the Starbucks. I wasn't sure how strong coffee to get. The young man name Sonny was very helpful! He offer me to taste all coffee that was available at the display! Thank you Sonny, excellent customer service. He even called me over the radio when coffee was ready to taste while I was shopping! Thank you! It was very pleasant experience that made me feel important!

Wow, it's been a long time since anyone reviewed this store! Have to say they are excellent. Always check you out fairly fast, have a good selection, and if you have a card their prices meet or beat WalMart on a lot of things (not seafood). Their dairy products are always the cheapest around, toilet paper too, and OJ. They now sometimes even match Sunflower Market with some of their produce and veg prices. It is also the ONLY store I've found which sells no sugar bacon (KS "Low Sodium" bacon) and no sugar salad dressings (only one or two). KS brand bread is also very good product at a meet or beat WalMart price.

Do yourself a favor- DON"T USE KING SOOPER'S PHARMACY!! Exceptionally unresponsive and rude pharmacy department staff. I was immediately placed on hold by an angry toned "gentleman" and then waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back and when asked not to be placed on hold I was informed that he was "too busy" and that I should "call back later." I was then hung up on again. Thanks for helping me take my business elsewhere!

I love this store. Wonderful. Refreshing. Fun. Envigorating.
