J & J did a great job trimming my trees and cleaning up afterwards. I'm really glad I used there service.

Get the trees sprayed twice a year for Box Elders. This year was particularly bad, and probably requested the 2nd spray too early. They came back in full force in mid August, so I called to see if they would spray again at no charge since it had only been 3 weeks since the last spray. They came out the next day, sprayed, no charge, no hassle.Very refreshing, and will continue to use!

On 6/7/10, my husband called to request a quote. He instructed them to please make sure the gate was closed behind them as we have (2) dogs if no one was home. 6/8/10, my doorbell was rang once. I answered it and poked my head out the front door to investigate and saw my side gate standing wide open. A "gentleman" was standing in my back yard, he identified himself from J and J. Also running around was my (2) dogs. He said he was given no instruction about my pets. I explained that not knowing if there might be pets in someone's back yard that it might be a better idea to shut a gate behind you...or just common courtesy. I left him to do his estimate. He left without speaking to me, leaving an estimate on the front door. I called his office only to find out that the rep, Jeff, is the president/CEO of J & J and had been doing this for 20 years. The person I spoke with told me that Jeff had called to say that I was irate but no apology for his oversights or lack of professionalism.

J & J Tree Care was very professional and did a large tree removal for me.They where on time and did a great job removing my tree. I with use them In the future when I need there service.

I had left 2 different messages to have someone call me regarding a tree pruning. It's hard to do business with someone when they don't return your phone calls

I have used other tree services in the past.But I will never do that again.J&J Tree Care where fairly priced.And there work was amazing.I am so happy I found this business.
