Great selection of quality tools but their customer service sucks. I deal with this company because they are the only local company I have found that carries the torque wrench my techs need to service our device. When they come into town from overseas they need to buy tools so I use this local company. However I hate dealing with these people. They rarely return phone calls or follow up on stuff they claim to. Classic example of a poorly managed one man operation. This guy needs to hire some professional help to shape up his business.
