Hoang replaced our sod last year. It looked great. But immediately started browning within a few weeks. We did as asked, stayed off the grass, kept our dogs off the grass. The sod never took/rooted. We had Hoang come out a few times for follow up and ultimately he said he would replace the sod this spring as he said there was a 1 yr guarantee. He is now rescinding his offer to replace the sod. His customer service this spring has been nothing short of horrible. I do NOT recommend his services at this point. We paid thousands for this sod/service and don’t have anything to show for it besides a muddy swamp.
