Disappointed in this company. Have been a good customer for 18 months but problems with getting clothes back in a timely manner was beginning to be a problem. Matters are much worse now since they have been closed for a number of days with our clothes sitting inside and no information to customers. Many people are likely in the same unfortunate situation.
