Besides its poor customer service, the store itself leaves something to be desired. The entire store is about the size of a large bathroom, which means every inch of space is crammed. Their selection is inadequate and their prices are not competitive, on average being 1/4 higher than nearby competitors. Given their abysmal customer service, their paltry selection of wines & spirits, and their high prices, this store definitely deserves only one star.
