If I could rate this mobile home park 0 Stars I would I have lived here my whole life we have been residents for over 20 years management has become a nightmare. There are no property lines we are no longer allowed to have fences to protect our children. Management will not talk to you if there is an issue. Management withhold information about who the park owner is, so we don't even know who our real landlord is. It used to be a beautiful community years ago it has now turned and to a nightmare to live here. Mike the maintenance supervisor harasses all the residents and Jeff the manager is never available to talk to anybody and when he does it is not on a professional level he is very unprofessional when it comes to speaking to Residents and trying to resolve issues. At one point Front Range used to be a beautiful Community to live in where all the rules were followed and residents were happy. We get a new lease agreement constantly throughout the year where management manipulates and changes rules to their pleasing. Do not move in it is a horrible place to live at.

Don't live here. Bad management overseen by another bad management company. They change rules all the time. After office hours a towing company comes through and harasses tenants guests. Horrible horrible horrible!

Two years ago we moved to Front Range Mobile Park and we absolutly love it here. The Park is much nicer than others , well maintained , nice location , lots of green with wide streets , quiet , friendly neighbors ,

pool , sauna , we have a lakeside lot , nice walking with mountain view , doggy park and Supermarket around the corner .

This place is over priced and the management absolutely sucks. Does not listen to tenants complaints at all. The towing policy in place is ridiculous. They have a 15 minute park on the street rule, otherwise your car gets towed, WRONG, if you leave your car for a minute they will TOW IT. The towing company called PARKING AUTHORITY is so unproffesional. They don't even have the right equipment to tow your vehicles. Get ready to pay up big money for a drop/tow fee plus the damage to your car if they do tow it. Tanya the manager will not listen to your complaints, I personally don't live there anymore and would not recommend anyone to move there.
