Look on. INFESTED!!! Mice, roaches, bed bugs. Management is unresponsive and lies about everything. Third world living.

Children. Lots of them. Children run up and down the hallways at all times of the day and evening. The problem with this is that the hallways have tiled flooring, which means lots of echoing. When a child screams or yells, it sounds 10x louder. You can hear this kind of noise in the comfort of your own apartment, which is highly frustrating when you want to relax or unwind after a hard day after work.



Speaking of noise, tenants play their music loudly, bass included. There rarely is a moment of silence living here, between the screaming children and loud music.



The complex is filthy and not well maintained. People leave their trash laying out in the hallways. It isn't uncommon to find food debris and other such garbage laying around on the floor.



The dumpster area is also a mess. People do not dispose of their trash properly.



Oh, and bugs. Lots of them. Two species of cockroaches inhabit Forest Manor, and they are abundant. You will not only find them in your apartment, but also out in the hallway.



My favorite sighting of garbage so far was when a tenant discarded their LED tv out near the dumpster. Not where that goes, by the way. The next day bits and parts of the tv were sprawled everywhere throughout the front property of the complex, an area where children play and people walk through with their dogs. LEDs contain a lot of mercury, so I can only imagine...kids were touching these components.



Please do yourself a favor and find a better place to live. While it is true you get what you pay for, I advise that you pay more for a better living experience elsewhere.
