You don't find too many small business willing to go the extra mile. This shop is hands down the BEST! Customer service is very important to me and these people truly care and want you to be satisfied. Even more than that they take pride in their work and aim to please. I hired Floral Expressions for my wedding. The bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and table centerpieces and groom/groomsmen boutonnieres were great. However, the misc boutonnieres (for fathers, ring bearers, ushers), corsages for mothers, and flower girl crowns were horrible. The boutonnieres looked limp and lifeless like they had been left out to wither in the hot sun (or more likely, a hot delivery van). I ordered seven of these and ended up using only five because two of them were absolutely unusable (I only used the others out of necessity!). The corsages were also like that. I was plucking flowers off the outer edges in an attempt to make them look better. The flower girl crowns looked pretty but they were made so front heavy that they were not wearable at all. I was pretty embarrassed about the quality that I was handing out to some of my nearest and dearest. After the wedding, I emailed the owner about my issues. She was EXTREMELY defensive and rude. She said she has never had a complaint before and that it was MY fault - that I chose freesias for the boutonnieres and they are delicate flowers. FYI - I did NOT choose freesias, I just asked for white flowers. They picked the type. I honestly did not even know what freesias were before this! She also said that the flower girl crowns were my fault - that I wanted them full and that they advised against doing that. Um, the only thing I had asked them was if they could incorporate similar colors that were in my bouquet. It's so irritating for someone to be saying things that never happened. I have all my email backup and asked her to show me where any of those things were said and of course, she never responded. I spent $1200 with the company. I asked for a $130 refund - to refund for the full price of the misc boutonnieres, the flower girl crowns (which were not even used AT ALL), and half the price of the corsages. When you take into account how much an entire wedding costs, do you think I would be spending my time trying to get back $130 if the flowers were truly not that bad? I mean, the delivery fee alone was $200, so you would think they could eat the $130 I was asking for. Anyways, the owner did end up sending me a $50 check with a rude note saying something about a "goodwill gesture". In conclusion, my wedding day was great and these flowers did not dampen my day. But, when you are paying for something, it's just natural to expect a quality product. And I would certainly not expect to be treated/accused the way the owner did afterwards. If she had only given me the $50 back but been apologetic, I would not have even written this review. MYRNA - LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!! I'm sorry I had to complain, but anyone who saw those flowers would have! I mean, my hair girl and photographer and bridesmaids were in the room with me when I first saw the flowers, and they were shocked at the quality. It was definitely not a case of bridezilla expecting perfection - just bad flowers and HORRIBLE customer service.

My company used Floral Expressions to provide flowers and plants for our National Meeting and Exposition held at the Colorado Convention Center. I must admit, they were very efficient and had the most gorgeous flowers and plants. I would highly recommend Floral Expressions as the provider of plants and flowers for any occasion.

What great gourmet baskets and service. I needed a basket shipped same day last minute to New York. They handmade the basket to my special requirements AND they got it shipped before days end. My client in New York was thrilled with the gourmet chocolate truffles they included. Divine! Knowing they went above and beyond to accomodate my needs reassures me that for all future orders, I have to go through them.

This DenverDiva has used a lot of flowershops over the years but none compare to the service I received from Floral Expressions. I had flowers delivered to my house and the driver was delightful. Polite and friendly and informative. I hope my family continues sending me flowers from Floral Expressions. The vase of flowers lasted for several days.

Great selection! Sweet amnesia roses. They even had David Austin roses last time I came in. No one seems to know what David Austin roses are, but not only did Floral Expressions know what they were, they actually had them and they gave me a great deal on them. They were working on a sample gourmet basket when I was there and I am intrigued. I can't wait to see what new products they have in store next!

I stopped by for flowers in the days following Valentine's Day and was pleasantly surprised by their wonderful selection. They had the most beautiful springy flowers---not Valentine's leftovers. Such a refreshing sight! I will definately be back.

I was in the shop yesterday and they had the most wonderful flowers-they had brown orchids and black calla lilies. I have never seen those before. I look forward to seeing what they get in next week!

Every Friday this shop gets more fresh and interesting flowers!!!Cash discounts plus more flowers for the money. The designers help you pick out your flowers so it's like you are personally creating the bouquets. How fun!!!You also can call ahead and they will have it ready but I really enjoy picking and creating just for my friends. The gourmet and fruit baskets are yummy!!!!Location is near Duffy rolls and Hanson, wonderful area.Lots of vase to chose if you want it ready for the present.Comfortable and interesting to hear about the flowers which arrive and are grown from all over the world

I stopped in for some flowers to take to a friend-not only was the staff helpful, but my flowers were gorgeous. They asked my budget-and made something that looked triple what I paid. They always have something new and interesting.

My arrangement was made 'from the heart'. It was lovely BUT nothing like the picture on the website. Thanks but no thanks. I expected it to be at least, close to what the picture looked like. Be sure that you are clear in what you're ordering from this shop.If you're not able to make the arrangement as pictured because those flowers aren't able to grow in Denver...replace the picture!! It's a local company. I'm just saying...

Let me tell you this place has the absolute best service I have experienced. Not only did they take the time to make sure they could fullfill my needs in addition they made me feel good about my purchase. I got to speak directly with the designer and they absolutely wanted to be sure I was satisfied. Personality of the designer was a bonus.AMAZING!

This shop has the best designer and staff for weedings and parties.It's all from word of mouth. Good prices and truly caring, almost like having family do the job.
