These people have an abundance of network design, implementation & consulting experience - along with excellent leadership. They listened & asked substantive questions to determine whether they reflected the correct "fit" for us. David began by asking my team what we thought the project's success looked like; he helped us understand the project responsibilities & dependencies, discussed similar projects they worked on & how this applied to our situation, assisted in defining metrics with which to measure the project's effectiveness along with the Evolved team contributions. He discussed several options with budgetary numbers & delivered a competitive proposal. They won the project hands-down because of their depth of knowledge & astute communications, which were always highly focused upon our goals & objectives.
