Sorry english not good but was visiting from out of the country. Went to the Belmar location. hosts at desk talk down to me like peasant, seem bothered if you ask questions and rude. I get service,waxer rough, she made i ask for mirror, I make her take off hair she left. She makes face she tell me we take too long. I tell her take hair off, she does. I no tip, I leave mad. Rude no go back.

I think Michelle does an amazing job every time, also she always knows what I want before I tell her. She also is very social and nice.

I love her! She has been my waxer for over a year and my experience has always been great! I have gone to other places in the past but this place and she is the best!!!! I will not go anywhere else!!!!:)

This is by far the best waxing service I've ever been to. Appointment times are quick, but they never give you the feeling that they're rushing you out. Entire staff is helpful and accommodate your needs. Hollyi-mate is amazing, hands down.
