I was shown this place 2 weeks ago and honestly for the price I thought it was a great deal. My roommate however didn't like the apartment or the landlord. So we began looking for another place while we waited to hear back from Max on our application.

Max never called over the next 2 weeks so I finally called him back and he was extremely rude on the phone and refused to work with me on the deposit. I knew the deposit was non-refundable but I figured the lack of communication and professionalism justified at least some of the deposit back.
