Einstein Plumbing came through for me when I needed them most. They were so quick in their response time, their plumber knew exactly what to do and was able to get to the bottom of the problem FAST! I am so pleased with my overall experience and what made it even better was that it was affordable and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They are fantastic, I would recommend them to anyone!

After discovering a slight leak in my kitchen faucet and unable to get it to stop, I decided to call Einstein Plumbing and boy am I happy I did! They were so responsive, quick, painless, and best of all, affordable! Their service was amazing and had one of their plumbers, Jason, dispatched to my residence in under an hour. Jason took the time to address my concerns, answer any questions I had, and even gave me some pointers on what to try next time should I be in the same boat. Super impressed with Einstein Plumbing! They are my new go-to guys for all my plumbing needs!

Jason and his brother came out to replace a faucet. We had already used Einstein Plumbing a few months ago to repair our hot water heater boiler. My husband had replaced one of two faucets in a bathroom, and they also replaced the other faucet. What stood out for me was the care they took to clean the faucet area with the installation. There was some corrosion with the faucet, and they did a really good job cleaning it up.

I must say it is so nice to use Yellowpages to find small businesses like this company. I never would have found them otherwise, since they are based in Denver and we live in Parker Colorado. I originally chose them to repair our hydronic boiler because they are a small business with great reviews, they can be called in an emergency, and they specialize in hot water heaters (ours is getting to the end of its life). At some point, it is nice to rely on professionals to do this type of work instead of having husbands spend all day Saturday under a sink.

Great!

Jason and Drew cleaned the apartment carpet thoroughly - no spots were left with this steam method of cleaning (prior experience with chemical dry-cleaning - another carpet cleaning company - left spots that had to be re-treated). They paid special attention to heavy traffic areas. I did not ask them to move furniture but with their attachment, they were able to reach around and under things well. I appreciated that they were on-time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The plan was to also clean my car's interior but, due to rain expected, Jason agreed to clean my car the next morning so that I could still make it to work on time. He was able to remove some spots from the seats, even one I hadn't noticed. The car looks great! I've had three prior experiences with Todd - they cleaned an oriental rug (at their location) and a wool area rug, as well as a black cloth ottoman at our office. (The black ottoman needed extra attention , due to unknown spots - probably dried food. Jason and Drew had magic chemicals that removed the spots and left the ottoman looking new!) I've also dropped off a carpet runner for a van at their location - looked great and delivered back when promised. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

We saw that the water heater pan had an inch of water in it. We read through the highly rated reviews and picked Einsteins as a plumbing company that would be good for our problem. We asked for an experienced plumber. Jason called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was en route. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem after performing some tests. He was very patient in explaining all aspects of the repair and taught us about the repair throughout the time he was here. He replaced the main pressure regulator and the hot water heater T & P relief valve in about an hour. We will use this company in the future. Its hard to find a good plumber that services Golden, Coroado. We felt we received good value for our money because we had asked for a master plumber. Any apprentice Jason's would be fortunate to have him as he is a good teacher.

I received multiple quotes from a few local Denver plumbing companies and Einstein's pricing was right in alignment with all others. The reason I chose Einstein Plumbing was based on the initial quoting process...John came out and walked me through a variety of issues I was having and thoroughly explained the possible root causes.

I had a bad pressure regulator, a drippy shower head and 2 toilets that "ghost flushed" (would flush at random times and waste water). In consulting with John he quoted all 3, but recommended that we start with the dripping shower and pressure regulator, and see whether replacing the pressure regulator would fix the ghost flushing. Since my water pressure was really high, he thought that may be a reason for the ghost flushes but if not, would have to rebuild the toilets.

All other Denver plumber companies automatically assumed a rebuild was needed.

John and Daniel came out and worked quickly. They were done in about an hour. As it turned out, replacing the pressure regulator fixed the ghost flushing, which saved me hundreds of dollars in an unnecessary rebuild. I highly recommend Einstein for any plumbing needs.

We used Einstein Plumbing a couple months back on what ended up being a costly plumbing repair job to our home just outside Denver, Colorado due to some tree root damage to the pipes. Having an older home, they recommended we camera the Denver plumbing lines and we paid significantly for this service, to the tune of 500+ dollars. The initial job was completed, but much more expensive and time consuming than we were originally quoted.  When it comes to home repair issues these things can happen. We felt that we were paying a higher premium to work with a reputable company based on their reviews and the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. Flash forward to yesterday, we checked our camera video to help identify a related issue for our ongoing Denver home renovation.  Our general contractor requested to see it and so we pulled it up on the computer.  Imagine our shock and horror when the DVD was completely blank! We tried to open it on another computer hoping it was some kind of glitch but nope - still blank. Our Denver contractor told us he's actually seen this happen to a lot of people with various Denver plumbers through the years. We were furious! After all, we paid a high price tag to get the best service possible. Surely, we figured Einstein, being a reputable Denver plumbing company, would either have stored our DVD on a backup system or they would re-camera the lines for free since this was their mistake.

Well, my husband called today to let Einstein Plumbing know of their error and request support. My husband was dismissed and told by their plumber repair person that, "Sometimes it doesn't get transferred to the disc properly, sorry." My husband then asked them to come out and re-camera the lines because this was already a service we paid substantially for and need the documentation for renovation and re-sale purposes. He was told a Denver plumbing manager would need to be called and we would get a call back. Later in the day, the same service person called back and told my husband per management they will not re-camera for free and they would charge us full price. Then, he proceeded to blame us for their mistake claiming we "probably demagnetized the disc." Seriously?!! Obviously we kept the disc safe in its protective cover. So, basically they tried to deflect ownership of their error by putting all the blame on us. My husband assured the denver plumber service worker the disc was stored in a safe manner. The service workers just shrugged him off and offered nothing in the form of remediation.  In short, the company took no accountability for their mistake, blamed us, and have refused to rectify their error.  As it stands now, we will contact Einstein plumbing again, request to speak to a manager and try to get this mess sorted out. Update to follow. Word of advice: If you get your plumbing lines camera'd by any plumber just make sure to watch that DVD the very same day so you don't end up with a blank $500 DVD!

Reworked an improperly, not up to code, gas line in the attic to the central air conditioner-heater. Removed the ancient soft water loop, venting, and the gas line in order to move the gas water heater back into the corner of the garage after removing some cabinets. Replaced gas venting for hot water heater which also was not up to code for 20+ years. The Denver plumber that came out cordinated all work with roofing contractor.

Although this is a story about gas line plumbing, it begins with a new roof. After19 years in our Denver home, we finally went to replace our 27 year old cedar shake roof and while the roofer was giving us the estimate they discovered that the handyman who had converted an electric cooktop to a gas range a few years back had rerouted the heater gas line and it was not up to code. The Denver roofer would not replace the roof until this was made right. They also noticed that the gas hot water heater was not vented through the attic to code. So we went to online to find a gas plumber in Denver. John from Einstein Plumbing came out almost immediately to look it over and we decided to ask for a couple of more items, including moving the water heater back in the garage a few feet (it had been in front of a cabinet we removed,) removing the soft water loop at the same time, and adding a line into the back yard to convert my propane grill to a natural gas grill. The estimate for this work was $1,100. John and Einstein Plumbing scheduled the work almost immediately, moving the water heater and simplifying the plumbing and setting up the attic gas line appropriately in our 115 degree July weather. He did it so everything was capped off waiting for the old roof to be removed. John was very courteous and professional, explaining what needed to be done and doing it with speed and quality. He had to wait several weeks to complete the job to meet the roofer’s schedule, but the office staff stayed in constant contact and was more worried about coordinating the work with the roofer than getting paid for the part that was already done. John came out to move the vent through a jack in the roof, but the roof took considerably longer to remove than we thought, so I turned off the gas to the water heater and allowed John to get as far as he could without actually having the roofer to the point they needed to be. This was all work done late in the morning on a hot humid late July day in an attic that intensified that heat. The next day when the roofer was finally ready, John came out and finished the work. In the end, the meter proved too small to hold the additional gas line to the barbeque and the final cost wound up at $950. This was $175 higher than the original estimate for the components of the job John was able to complete. We were happy with the final cost because Einstein Plumbing and John had to come out to the house several more times than originally planned and the roofing job was much more complex to coordinate. We have had a lot of work done on the house this summer, all with great Plumbers in Denver and every job proved more difficult due to some jury-rigging by the previous Denver Coloardo home owner. The plumbing was not exception, but now we know it is done right. All-in-all we were very pleased with service, responsiveness, quality, and willingness to coordinate with our other Denver plumbing contractors. We will use Einstein Plumbing again in the future and are planning on calling them back as soon as the gas company changes out our meter for a larger one.
