I've had Ecofirst pest control for about a year now. I recently moved to Carrollton from out of state and had no idea what fire ants were. We had mounds all over our property and Ecofirst got rid of them within just a few day. We now have a seasonal maintenance plan with Ecofirst and the ants have stayed away. I have also been very impressed with how friendly the company's staff is and how quick Ecofirst will return if I ever see a fire ant mound return. These are quality people you can count on.

I am very happy with my Ecofirst Pest Control service done by John. I can't complement him enough on a job well done. He is an assett to EcoFirst. No more rodents! Horray!!!

What a waste of money.

They showed up at my house, going door to door, and because I'm a sucker I signed up. They've applied three applications to my house and we still have spiders, still have the normal Colorado bugs (which admittedly isn't much, but not due to whatever they spray.) I called to cancel, unhappy with the results since I see no change at all. To cancel, I'd have to pay the rest of the contract anyway. They offer to come out and spray again, to which I ask "what's the point? We saw absolutely NO REDUCTION in the number of bugs outside our home?" We have spiders under our garage door that seem completely unphased by whatever it is that they supposedly spray. This month they came out, without warning, so they could not have possibly gotten into our backyard because of our dogs. Awful service. I would not recommend to anyone. I have a neighbor who signed up as well and she said her experience is identical. No change to the number of spiders around her house. Again, what's the point? I'm so frustrated with this company. If they allowed me to cancel I would have been happy. But forcing me to continue to pay for a service that DOES NOT WORK is infuriating.

Sales and staff great, the product is very poor. We ended up having to cancel and paying to cancel. Stick with what you find at your local store to fight off pests; those products will work better.

These guys are great! Been with them for three years and haven't had a problem. They got rid of both my scorpions and ants when they initially treated and I haven't seen them since. I really like their responsible approach too and their concern for our environment.

Josh was thorough and wonderful. He did a great job. He covered my entire property without any problem. He was even able to get some high hard to reach spots where I've had some wasps nests for quite sometime. Thanks EcoFirst!

Prior to using EcoFirst, I have dealt with a bad ant problem but over the past few months they have gotten them under control. Jared has done an exceptional job, taking his time to inspect my property to ensure the best treatment possible. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys have been great. Recently Michael came to service my home and I must say he was thorough and efficient. Everyone I have worked with has been professional. Companies like EcoFirst are hard to come these day

I am surprised to see another customer so confused over their service plan. When their sales rep came to my door, he outlined their service program on a piece of paper and gave it to me so I knew which month they were planning to service my house. I can't speak for other customers but I have had a good experience with this company so far.

Rip off. They promised a great deal, if I sign for 3 treatments, but never delivered! Came out for 15 minutes only, didn't take out any spider webs. When I called to complain that ALL of the spider webs are still there, they were very rude and never came back to fix/take care of the spider webs. I canceled the remaining 2 services, but they charged me anyway the full price for all 3 services.

This company is amazing! I had spiders all over my house and Ecofirst got rid of the problem within a couple of treatments. No more webs and I no longer have to put up with looking at those little buggers. Very professional in their treatments and always upbeat and chipper when they come by to service my home.

I've used them for about a year and a half after having a flying ant infestation in my basement. They are great on their regular service calls and have come out for additional calls very promptly when I have had issues arise. Their technicians are super friendly and professional. And I have not seen a single flying ant since I started!

I have not had a noticeable difference. Definitely not worth the money. They are misleading into how many times you actually have to have service when you sign the contract. They force you to continue to pay for poor customer service. I have been complaining periodically and they have done nothing about it.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. I had a spider problem for years and then got EcoSure. These guys are great. My technician is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. My black widows were gone in about a week and I haven't had spider problems since. I have recommended them to 5 of my neighbors and now my whole street uses these guys.

I have used EcoSure for about a year now and they have been very professional and effective. I had spiders when I started service and they were gone after just the first week of treatment. My technician is a great guy and I have been very happy with the results. Great job EcoSure!

I was duped into a contract with this fast talking solicitors. I had to pay a lot of money to get of the contract. Take it from me if they come to your home shut the door quickly. The spraying never worked, I had more spiders after they left. Owner hangs up on people. Jerk!
