Don't ever call these people. They took forever to get out here. Waited all day. Kept telling me someone would be right out. When the guy finally showed up he said he had only received the call 20 minutes before. Then he had no idea what he was doing. Kept staring at the basement drain shaking his head saying, "This is so bad. So bad." He said the pipe itself grain was broken. And he needed to put a camera down there. The $99 we were told just went up many many times. We told him to leave. Called another company. They were here in an hour and a half. Fixed the problem in less than half an hour - which was to replace the p-trap. I have asked the Drain Doctor manager, Rick, to call me several times and he does not return my call. Are Drain Doctors running a scam (thought we were stupid women?) or are their technicians just idiots? Either way, don't ever call these people.

The Drain Doctor was amazing! Keith was knowledgeable, kind, thorough and patient! He explained everything he did and what could be happening to plumbing. He listened and answered all the questions I had. I learned alot about my house from Keith but more than anything, I felt like this was a company that I could depend on and trust! Need a good plumber...call Keith! When you have someone you can trust you want everyone to use them! Thank you Keith and Drain Doctor.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. One of their drivers was involved in a car accident while at my townhome with my sister. Not only did they deny any wrong-doing, despite several witnesses, the manager was extremely rude. Now the 2 insurance companies are fighting it out. I would not want these people on my property or in my home if this situation is any indication of how their company values.
