Called Doctor fix it to come repair a burst pipe. They came and repaired the one visible crack in the pipe for $465.00. When we turned the water back on it was obvious that there was more cracks in the pipe. Tore out half of my bathroom to find 2-3 additional cracks. Each additional crack was going to be $465.00. Paid a ton of money for nothing. Huge rip off. Go with someone who can do the job right the first time.

Drilon Doda Was a very excellent repair man on our New Hot Water Heater. I will reffer him to any body that deals with your company. Cleaned up after he was done and left the area in better shape then when he arrived to find our water tank leaking. very happy with his work. Theank You John

We got our service from Marvin Rivers and he was extremely pleasant and professional. I was also appreciative of the folks on the phone who set up the appointment, they were also professional. The specialist was later to our house than originally estimated, but only by about 20 minutes and is the only reason they get four stars instead of five.

Steve and Adam were terrific representatives of Ben Franklin Plumbing. What seemed to be a small job turned into a very big project. They inspired confidence that they would do the best for THIS customer. They explained my situation completely and worked hard to minimize any disruption to my home. It looked like a bomb went off in my basement and when they left they did a great clean up. My wife and I were very impressed by how LONG and HARD they worked to get our home back to normal. This company is fortunate to have them as employees.

Marvin was very professional.He examined the old water heater and agreed it had reached the end of itrs useful life. He then explained all the options, including the cost. I agreed to have the heater replaced and he set to work. He worked quickly, and efficiently. He also cleaned up the floor and area when he was finished. I commend him for his work

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is my "go to" for plumbing help. As a recent widow who depended on my husband for anything related to plumbing, it's nice to know that I can count on being treated courteously and with respect. All of my questions were answered and the technician explained everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend this company and this technician to everyone.

Joe was a true gentleman and worked incredibly hard to fix clear our clogged sewer drain, even though that wasn't the job they expected him to need to do. He stayed past well past dark, after having to drive across town for a bigger rooter. And after a long afternoon of work, he still maintained it was only a $99 fee. Joe was great and we hope to have his help again when we need it!

Joe was incredibly friendly and courteous while servicing our sewer line. Despite it being a rather messy job and needing to go back to the shop for another part, he was positive throughout the work. What particularly impressed us is he noticed that the smoke alarm was going off in the house (he was outside) due to an unattended cooking project. He ran in and saved us from an imminent grease fire. Thanks so much!

Clean techs, upfront pricing and was able to book them over my lunch hour - not a 4 hour window like others. Great service and a good value.
