We requested a move online and Denver Moving reached out to me and agreed to my route and dates. Once we agreed to hire, the company was sure to answer calls and emails to ensure I paid. Once we paid our 30%, communication ceased to exist. The day of the scheduled pick up, the company called me while I was in Florida to inform me they were picking up the furniture but was supposed to call me back for an additional payment, they never called. During the pick-up, we noticed the workers did not have a company shirt on nor did the truck have any advertising. The truck was pure white; this started our suspicions.
Once the furniture was picked up, I never received a phone call from them requesting the remaining balance, so I called them. They did not answer phone calls or emails in regards to the additional agreed upon payment. After a week, the company finally sent me an email but the remaining balance was not accurate. I spent days trying to contact them to have them correct the balance. I sent more emails and called several numbers. The sales team claims they are no longer involved and I needed to call another department. After another week of phone calls and emails, they finally answered me and changed the price to what the agreed amount was. Once I paid the next amount, I had to follow up on my delivery date, but no answer or information when they were delivering. After weeks of no answer, I tried to change phone numbers and have additional family call in. After calling numerous numbers for the company, they no longer answered but only sent the phone call directly to "hang-up". If someone actually answered, they would answer with, "yeah". Once I was able to inquire about my furniture, they would say, "later this week or next week". Called next week, they would say, "maybe next week". After a month with our furniture in their possession and using over 7 different phone numbers, they tell us, "everyone is sick and we do not know where your furniture is". According to our agreed timeline, they have surpassed the timeline; thus, breaking the contract agreement.
Due to the massive delay, I had to act like a new customer moving which is when I got a hold of someone. Once I asked them one last time about a truck to my destination, they said, "they should have a truck next week". I then inquired about where they did have trucks available, I was told in the Denver area. I said, good, because I need to deliver to Denver. I now elected to have them return the furniture to the origin in Denver. They said, "sure, no problem". I now scheduled for a certain day, then they said, "we are not available that day". Now, we needed an alternate delivery date. They elected to tell me when they were going to deliver. On the day they wanted to deliver, they called me to tell me they were delivering; I expressed that we never agreed to this day. I now asked for another day and was finally agreed upon. Once they arrived to deliver, they called me and not the person waiting for the delivery (per the contract); no call ahead. As we prepared for the delivery, they held the furniture ransom at the origin site with the workers sitting in the truck demanding an extra large sum. The movers said, they cannot unload this until the manager speaks to someone that will pay. My family that was there to accept the storage explained how they broke the contract and we have already filed a police report for theft. Now the manager is calling me, but got into demanding more money. I explained how they broke the contract and we already filed a report. They claimed they will sue me for the remaining funds. I gladly accepted as they would be initiating the issue and saving me money, but they would be responsible for my court fees once we win. I have all my emails, contracts, phone logs, and people I spoke with. In addition, we explained that the police report would be best updated while

I can only tell people to get a quote. You wont be disappointed with the price or certainly the service. The lads work hard and can't help you enough. As we haven't moved for 14 years you forget how hard and stressful moving is. All I can say is give them a call and see for yourself. Again thanks for your help.

He and his team (2 helpers with a big van) came in each of these two days in time. They did an excellent and efficient work in disassembling/assembling our furniture, and in moving the boxes. We were very happy from all aspects of their work.

The service we received was excellent, he visited our flat to look at what we needed to move. He took his time asking questions and being very courteous. Originally we just wanted the moving service but just a few days prior to our move we decided to upgrade to the full service, this was not a problem.

They were on time to pick our stuff up. They helped us loading it in and then went to deliver the same day. They even arrived at the venue before us. Last Sunday they came to pick it up, kept it overnight in their secure base and delivered on Monday with a smile. I can highly recommend him and his team and will be looking to use them again in the near future.

They work very fast and also kindly ask where exactly you want every item to be placed in your new house so that you don't have to move it again..I still can't believe it's all done and how easy it was!! it was quite long journey from A to B but they only charged per hour. Very good price in my opinion. Worth it!! Thank you so much :)

The team of 3 moving men were polite, courteous and very helpful. They carefully moved all the boxes I had packed and took extra care with the furniture including some delicate items which were wrapped up and secured in the van. All items were placed in the rooms where asked and all very carefully.

Not only did they take a month to bring my belongings, they would not answer their phone the first couple of weeks after they picked up my possessions. They claimed they had a broken truck in the shop for a week. During the four week wait, they had to verify my credit card, again, because they did not get the paperwork right the first time, making us very uneasy. Once everything was delivered, it was clear they had no regard for the condition for which it was delivered. I had several boxes smashed in half, including fragile items of which glass was broken (the box was marked fragile). My clothes dryer was also severely dented, and does not work the same. Furthermore, on delivery they demanded cash for the remaining balance. Once I finally got in touch with someone from customer service which was very difficult, I submitted my claim for damages through a 3rd party company, and now the company has not responded to the approved claim for the last month, and I'm frustrated that they are going to get away without taking responsibility for damaged goods and poor customer service.

I have booked Denver Movers in the past and loved their service. They were conscientious, efficient and on time. I recommended them to my Mother in Law and she was also thrilled with their services. We are moving again in 6 month, if we were in Denver-I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again

The move was a pleasurable experience and made even better by the demeanor of the gentlemen who brought everything together. Move from home of 18 years was made much easier by the team from Denver Movers, Highly recommend using them. They were informative on process, timing, very courteous, and exercised care with with our possessions... and above all very patient with the questions that came their way.I give 4 stars because tracking delivery was not easy

My encounter with this company was on par the recent reviews I've read. Denver crew are excellent movers. My back hurt just watching these guys. No hiccups or issues throughout the entire move. Will be moving again once my new home is built and will be a returning customer.

Denver Movers helped my new husband and I to move from Denver to Phoenix. Samantha was very helpful in organizing the move and great at returning calls, and the movers were extremely helpful with the actual move day, getting things done. They were fast and professional. While their initial quote was a little more than some of the other companies, the end result made it well worth every cent. Our furniture and belongings all arrived here in immaculate condition, movers were on time and very friendly, and it took all the stress out of the move. Would definitely use again if moving, would definitely recommend.

I recently used Denver Movers when changing residences. The two movers were on time, efficient and fast. I appreciated the care they took in ensuring that items were protected. My main issue was the fact that delivery was not direct and took a while. However, during unloading at the new residence, they worked quickly to get all the items and furniture into the desired areas of the house

I found Denver Movers from word of mouth. After hearing so many stories of movers being corrupt, holding your furniture for ransom and generally under estimating the job in order to get the job, I was very very impressed with the guys at Denver Movers. Throughout the process, I was very confident that they would treat my furniture as they would their own! I would definitely recommend Denver Movers for any moves!
