I own a online T-shirt business and I wanted to buy a versacamm sp300i. A 14K machine I talked with the sales guy everything was fine, tell I got a phone call from VIKI at the accounting dep. what the hell is that she was yelling on where is your address the driver is there I was shocked she didn't give a chance to explain that I gave the company my warehouse address and I do have confirmation for that and the emails, she didn't stop till I shouted on her, very bad experience I paid 14k cash to get this customer service I was planning to buy 2 verasacamm's. Sp 540i. Within the next 2 month but I'm not buying from denco sales because they have VIKI on board
