I hired Penny in September, 2015 for Condo remodel. She met with me and I gave her $1,200 for ten hours of work. She did give me a lame design for my kitchen, not listening at all to what I wanted, and told me that it would only take a few hours to do. I saw her at ProSource where she helped me pick out some products. She spent about a half an hour with me there. After that, she refused to answer phone calls, or emails. When I called from another phone several months later, she answered but refused to explain the lack of communication and ended up hanging up on me. I had warned her several times by phone and email that I would give her a poor review, and still no explanation. There are other negative reviews both on Yelp and BB. Do not use this designer.
