They "tired" to fix my computer with a virus removal and charged me for it. I got home with the computer only to find out the problem persists. So I return and tell them. They state they will reinstall the operating system but for $30 more!!! I agree, and wait for their phone call, but nothing back for nearly 2 weeks!!! I call them, finally they say "oh it's a hardware problem and we cannot fix it". What? "So give me my money back for the virus removal you did but was unnecessary". They said "no because we "TRIED" to fix it. yea, but you didn't. So now I am out money with a broken computer. Bad business. Stay clear of these guys. Very rude customer service too.

Don't waste your time. These people know nothing. Their idea of fixing a problem is to just make it worse. It was a waste of money.

I had an issue with my monitor so I called CB , explained what was happening they told me to bring it in. I asked if I should bring my monitor along and was told no. When I went to pick the computer up, I was charged for wiping the drive and reinstalling the operating system. I never approved this work but in order to get my computer I had to pay (they take only cash or debit cards). I took it home and my monitor still didn't have a picture, so the problem wasn't fixed. I called explained the issue again, brought it back in without my monitor, and the monitor they put on the machine worked just find. I was charged another fee, brought it home, hooked it all up and the monitor still was not working. Again I called, this time I was told to bring the monitor in. The problem turned out to be the monitor. When I questioned the reformat and install charge I was informed they do this to all computers that come in. I was charged for work I didn't need which didn't make me very happy .

I just got back from this place and the guys that worked there were great my brothers laptop charger got chewed up and they replaced it with an offbrand chager that works great it was my lucky day for 35$better than getting a brand charger for 80$ tyvm
