Where do I begin? , they arrived on time with 3 strong and very experienced men.

I could tell they knew what they were doing by how they wrapped my king bed completely in plastic . Disassembled my heavy canopy bed , and hauled it down from the 12th floor of my condo. Not only did the set it back up but also helped me arrange all my boxes and music equipment where I could get to everything. Loved it.

We even hugged after the move (just felt right). Would use again and again.

If you could do negative stars I would do that. Buyer beware this is got to be the worst moving company. They will try and rip you off every chance they can. Marco will flat out lie to you. It took two trips to load a 1 bedroom apartment. Halfway through loading the 2nd load Marco says he needs more money to cover the cost of the movers and supplies etc. Yet on the Web page it says the supplies are free. In addition I had to run to Home Depot to purchase more boxes and when they started packing I had provided them with the boxes from a previous move and six rolls of my tape. They lost the legs to my couch. And damaged a bookcase beyond repair. Marco wanted to replace it with a used one when my bookcase was fairly new. Also broke a lamp shade. In trying to communicate with Marco I sentry text messages to the number that he sent messages to me only to get a responce of this is not Marco. He workers are temporary not permanent employees.

Crew showed up 2 1/2 hours late in a different company's truck (3 Kings) and then proceeded to tell me I was lucky I got moved at all that day and offered no concession for their tardiness. In addition, rates quoted over the phone were different from what I was told when they finally showed up. How's that for customer service? I would not recommend this company.

We had talked to several movers and decided on Colo. Movers. Everyone was very noce! The crew was very careful and quick. There was NO DAMAGE to anything!I would use these folks again without hesitation.
