Paul and Kendal found our suspected mold problem, disinfected the area, and started the drying process w/in 24 hrs. Great Crew! They even shoveled the snow off our driveway! We had a leak and Alex & Angel came by today. They were very prompt, courteous, very clean (very messy removing drywall and insulation) and knowledgeable on what to look for. I just wanted to say thank you for finding the leak and removing the wet mess. All the guys we've had at the house for the clean up have been so AWESOME! Thank you!

CCS did a wonderful job after a water leak in our new house. David, Alex, and Angel were very courteous and professional. They took extra care in being clean and orderly. Work was preformed quickly and thoroughly. Communication was great. Never missed an appointment, always on time.

Colorado Cleanup Services / Alex & Angel did such an awesome job after a plumbing leak flooded my kitchen pantry and basement. They were knowledgeable - professional and polite. They were very thorough and and did a really good job. I would recommend them to my friends.

I had an unfortunate event at my house this week and with a water leak at my house. I just wasn't sure how bad it was but knew I didn't want it to get worse and turn to mold so I called CCS. Two technicians came out within two hours and accessed my situation. Thank God I called them. I had a leaky pipe behind the wall. Adrian and Alex were so helpful, respectful and took care of my problem immediately. They cleaned the area up even better than before they were here. THANK YOU guys!

Cesar and Travis came out yesterday to assess my basement water damage. The cleanup is still ongoing, but both of them were extremely courteous, respectful and professional. They explained everything clearly and to my satisfaction, and most of all, they left me with confidence that they knew what they were doing and that my basement problem would be resolved.

Good communication & problem seems to be resolved, however, air test has not yet been performed.

They were thorough and speedily done with the job. They left a clean room behind!

Sergio was very helpful and courteous. He showed up early and worked hard to make sure we were happy.

Colorado Cleanup Services was called to clean our flooded basement. The carpet was soaked and there was standing water for many hours. We thought it was a total loss. They moved the furniture, cleaned all the water, removed the carpet padding, strategically placed several fans and a dehumidifier and within just a few days it was all cleaned. I would highly recommend this company!

Working with CCS was such a pleasant experience! I expected our flooded, moldy, asbestos-ridden house to be the nightmare of a lifetime - boy was I wrong. Ben Davis is incredible and is dedicated to his work. He provided us with exceptional customer service and helped us every step of the way. He worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we got the money we were entitled to. Had we dealt with the insurance ourselves, we would've ended up paying for the majority of the cleanup out of pocket. Ben and CCS managed to get it covered at 100%! He is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. From tear-down to clean-up to building back up, CCS does it all! Thank you Ben and CCS team!!!!! Thanks for giving us our house back.

Answered my call for help immediately. They were friendly and kept to their schedule. Called to let me know what time they would arrive.

The guys were great. Very accommodating to do whatever we asked them to do. Moved furniture a couple of times because we were indecisive. Answered lots of questions. Had a great experience even though the circumstances weren't ideal. Thank you.
