Horrible customer service. I had two appointments for two different jobs with them. Both, they were late. First one over 30 minutes; second appointment over one hour (and 35 minutes after I called to find out why they weren't here and they told me George would be right over). I had them do the first job, but not the second job. $400 is still a lot of money and I'd rather give it to a company that respects my time.
