3 packages were delivered here for me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and they said they didn't know who they were for so they opened them. 2 of the items are supposedly accounted for. The 3rd item is a dog coat for one of my small dogs that is unaccounted for. One of the items is at the store and the owner took one of the items home per Justin, store manager. For what - his own use? It is a Swarovski crystal Christmas ornament that are expensive! Justin said he will call when he can "gather" all items!! What is going on at this store that store personnel would take items that don't belong to them! Justin said my name was not on the packages but I checked with all 3 sellers - my name and address were absolutely on the packaging receipts placed inside the packages. I need those back too in case I have to return an item. I will never go in this store again after I pick up my packages - if I ever even get them back.
