I just saw this review and had to respond. I've been doing business with BraTek Engineering for many years and have NEVER experienced the situation described in that other review. Sounds to me like a fabricated story!

Worst service I have ever experienced.. I would not reccomend anyone to this shop due to the fact that everything we ordered was recieved at least 2 weeks later then anticipated. Given the run around when called and complained. Sloppy/scratched parts and counts were usually incorrect.
