Great at fixing difficult things, and also giving you a heads-up of systems needing attention. Excellent at keeping to a schedule.

I've been taking my Volvo 740 wagon to Bob's Volvo since 1993 for tune-ups and when I have encountered problems.They've always been great.Jason's done a great job running the operation since his dad retired.

I took my volvo s80 for a noise and rpm issue, they spend 1/2 hr o it, could not find the problem, charged me,, took the car to another place(brakes plus on leefsdale) who works all cars, he found the issue in 2 minutes and fixed it. The lady at the desk in bob's volvo is very rude and appears they have no respect for old clients who seem come there all the time, will not return
