On the 5th floor of the East Tower of the Ptarmigan Place at Cherry Creek office building the Boardroom Executive Suites has 46 individual offices ranging between 120 and 250 square feet, one 705 square foot mini-suite comprised of two exterior offices and an open admin/reception area, four dedicated storage units, three conference rooms, two day offices, a reception area, workroom and kitchenette. Our office building also features an underground parking garage, Daz Bog coffee shop, Young's Cafe on the 1st floor serving breakfast and lunch, a Mutual of Omaha bank branch with 24-hour ATM, Supper Solutions, a fitness center with locker rooms & showers, on-site mangement and a 75-person training room.
