Quick, easy, and quality work. The team at Big Rock was great dealing with my insurance claim. The dumpster and roofing material were delivered on Monday and they were done with the whole roof on Wednesday. They even put up some nice new gutters that were already painted to match!

My initial meetings with Evan went well. He was at the initial roof inspection and explained everything along the way. After the job was completed it took a little while for the inspection and for BR to fix the issues the city inspector had. But the office team worked hard to finish my job in a timely manner once I contacted them with the issues.

Big Rock gave us a fair estimate and stuck to it. They were able to finish our job in a day once the materials were delivered. We are satisfied with quality products and superior service.

Had decided to give Big Rock a try in early 2012 to see about replacing a worn and damaged roof. Inspectors were quick to schedule an appointment and worked around my hours. After finding out that there was not enough qualifying hail damage to warrant a replacement, I was told they would keep my info on file and contact me back when a possible qualifying storm came through my area. Fast forward to spring of 2014 and they contacted me again, this time wind damage qualified for a replacement and the whole process was start to finish in 3 weeks. My only real hangup was with my insurance company. Super efficient, great communication, and well handled. Will use them next tax time for my window replacements as well.
