He serviced our LG dryer under the Home Depot extended warranty. He was prompt, knowledgeable and came with all of the parts to service the dryer in one appointment. We live in the foothills so service under the extended warranty can be an issue. I can't overstate how refreshing it is to find someone that provides quality service. In the event of a future service on any of our appliances, he will be the first one I call.

I have a hybrid Stove/Oven and the Oven died. I called a different Company before calling JR and they weren’t able to do same day, so I had to wait a week, they were going to charge me $100 just to walk through my door but they called the day they were supposed to come out and canceled because the part they thought I would need (which was the part I needed), couldn’t be found…It was good thing that happen because that’s when I called JR. He came out same day and went through my oven, he knew what he needed and was sure he could get the part (unlike the other company) BUT he also went above and beyond… he suggested since the oven wouldn’t be working, that we could send in the “brain” and have Kitchen Aide go over it and make sure it was good to go. He ordered the part, got the “brain” back and got everything up and running! Even though it took a couple of weeks to get the part in and the “brain” back, he kept me updated on everything! Once he had everything, it only took about an hr or so and my oven is up and running! JR is AWESOME! He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and just a great guy! He was so easy to work with! I highly recommend calling JR for any appliance repair needs you have!

JR has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable on appliances as should be. He has also been very patient with me and with Home Depot Warranty as he has been having to make several trips relating to my Range just to please HOME DEPOT's Warranty. Hopefully he will only have to make 1 more trip to verify my Range is not fixable and will then be able to be replaced. I highly recommend JR at August Limited for any appliance repair or service need. I will be using him again! (if needed)
