Poor customer service. Instructor gave long lessons. Owner realized this later and deducted the cost from future lessons without saying anything to me first. She emails me saying I need to pay more money to get the rest of my lessons. Only going by what instructor offered. Big mess and very poor customer service.

Ive worked for Apollo for the last 2 years. Sure they do have issues with communication at times but they seem to care for their employees and make sure they make up for where they lack. Pay is not the best considering I sit in the hot sun and "baby sit" kids all day. Lifeguarding is a stressful Job. Parents put their childs life into your hands. Id say for guarding lives the pay should be a tad better. I DO enjoy the management and my supervisors. They make it a fun summer but Lots of repetitive work

Do not hire this management company. They seem great at first, but there is extreme lack of communication between management and employees. Often a morning guard at our one guard facility was left to work all day, because management failed to schedule an afternoon guard. That is one example of the many problems Apollo Aquatics has.
