My son is 6 years old and diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and anxiety. He made a lot of progress during the 8 months that he saw Ms. Andrea. Within the first few months were saw progress in his social skills and lessened anxiety. She had wonderful recommendations and was always willing to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. We were so sad when she told us she was moving out of state. We would still be working with her if she was still here. Denver you are lucky to have her.

I started seeing Andrea when I was 16 (7 years ago) and she helped me through a lot of depression I went through those seven years. It wasn't like she was my counselor, yet a friend. I have always had trouble opening up and expressing myself to anyone. Yet I felt highly comfortable talking to her, it felt like she was not only listening but yet figuring more than one ways to try and help you through what was going on. Be it family, school, work or even just relationship problems.

Andrea is an excellent counselor. My daughter (age 12) was a patient for almost 2 years, while Andrea was a counselor at the University of South Florida. Andrea worked with compassion and care to give my daughter a strong foundation to deal with her Type 1 Diabetes and ADHD. Andrea also looks at the entire picture by evaluating the family unit and incorporate each member to expand in the patient's progress. I have to admit, Andrea also made me into a better Mom. Andrea has been a true blessing to this family. It is nice to see my daughter smile with confidence and maturity at her age.

Andrea helped me get through some of my worst times. She is different from all other counselors because she sits there, listens, and helps you make decisions that satisfy you at the same time making progress to better your situation and health. Many other counselors seemed to sit there and just feel bad for you and when your time was up it was over, just seemed like those counselors helped me get out of my depression. Andrea was different, she made you feel like you were in control of your life and she was going to help step by step. She really does care for her patients, and helping them is her priority, I got out of a two year depression thanks to Andrea, thanks to her I have a positive outlook on life and still use the lessons she taught me. She is head and shoulders above any other counselor.
