I locked myself out of my apartment, yes such a dummie!! I called this locksmith and he said he would be here in an hour...so far no one has showed up and they will not answer my call. Looks like they have lost a customer.

I am an expert on lockouts. My car is very difficult to get into, and I have made the mistake more than once of locking my keys in the car. I have had locksmiths with ninja skills and tools take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to secure open doors on my car. The gentleman who arrived to assist me was prompt, courteous, and used simple tools that had my car open in 5 minutes. I will hopefully not be calling them again but if I strongly reccomend them.

BEST OF THE BEST! My wife and I have 4 kids that we are always going through her purse and playing with the items inside. I travel a lot because of my job so I'm not able to stay home and help out as much. Our youngest son took out the keys from her purse and decided to carry them outside while he played. He ended up losing them and I wasn't in town to bring her mine. Thats when she called this business and we couldn't be happier. Compared to other locksmiths we've used this business is very profession, timely, and inexpensive.

Used this company today when an employee locked themselves out. Reasonable prices and quick arrivals. Would recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith in the area.

Amazing locksmith! Can rather quick and helped me get back into me car. I don't understand the bad comments. This locksmith doesn't use a dispatch center with rude employees answering the phone. Anytime you call you the the actual LOCKSMITH and not some rude female that hangs up on you. Some people just hate seeing good businesses succeed and its very unfortunate.

They told me 15$ to come over and 35$ to open the car and charged me 189$ to unlock my car I told them I make 8$ an hour but he said if I don't pay he's calling the police

First, I will say that the work was done correctly and done well. However, the business practice is questionable. First they said they would be there Wednesday, then called and couldn't show up until Thursday. I was quoted a price range (they could not be specific) to which I agreed. The day they did come I was not available but my 20 year-old was. She ended up writing a check for $65 more than I was quoted because she didn't know what else to do. No satisfactory explanation of the huge price increase.

The locksmith showed up almost immediately and quickly unlocked my car he even made a spare key. He charged me exactly the quote i got over the phone, no hidden fees. Straightforward service.
