The man working at the front desk is very rude. Very demanding. An example of customer dis-service.

I have been trying to contact this property for 2 days and continually press 0 to talk to the office as the voice machine says to yet there has never been anyone to pick up the phone i am very concerned that this establishment has no working staff or phone lines to communicate with to make reservations or to check on the safety of a relative staying in this property.
