DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! This is by far the worst service, customer service, and staying accountable for repairs UNDER warranty I have ever seen. I wish I would have taken the time to review them before I made this grave mistake. They had my vehicle for nearly 5 months. Now that I have it back, I continue to have issues with the repairs that they did. However, I was advised that although the warranty states, and I quote "We guarantee the work performed at A&W Auto Body, Inc. as long as said vehicle shall remain under present ownership." Well I still own the vehicle and was advised that even though there were 8100$ worth of repairs done, they will only cover the paint. They were supplied used parts, that were faulty, I get it, that's not fully there fault, however these parts are not working. My rack and pinion is leaking. A part that they replaced and now are refusing to fix. They said, The used parts you were supplied had only a 30 day warranty, my vehicle was still in their shop when this warranty expired. Nothing I ever received from A&W informed me first of all, that they were using used parts and secondly, that they only had a specific time frame under warranty. So I purchased the parts out of pocket, expecting them to at least warranty the labor to reinstall them. NOPE!! They said the only thing after 8100$ that they will warranty is the PAINT! Save yourself the hassle. This has been an eye opening experience. One I hope to never repeat, but I can assure you I wouldn't ever consider taking another vehicle here.
