Wait in lots and observe anything they interpret as not correct.No adequate signage about where not to park. Tow 5 minutes post you parking so they are waiting for you. There are complaints by merchants in the area.Re claim lot is in deserted, unprotected part of town with no office. Could easily be mugged. Left in cold weather for 1 hr. waiting on street on steep slope with not even a side walk. Demand cash. Handicapped or old person in impossible and dangerous position through no fault of their own.Charge is outrageous. $ 240 - 260$ dollars. I have had cars towed across town for less that $ 100. Stinks of rip off and theft.
