I went to US Flight Academy to expand on my pilot certifications. I talked to one of the individuals that was apparently the chief instructor, David I think his name was. He seemed very inconvienced and annoyed to show me around.



Not knowing any other instructors in the area, I decided to try a few instruction flights at US Flight Academy. Every one of my scheduled flights were late, it seemed they were cramming more students than they could handle.



The planes' conditions were questionable. I saw one plane, a C-152 Aerobat, go up after the student pulled fuel that had rust in the fuel strainer. The student questioned it before flight and the bosses above the instructor said to take it anyways. Kinda scary in my opinion, and illegal.



Also, while sitting in the crammed, loud, study room trying to go over my ground material, I actually overheard a instructor telling another instructor how he did not think his "Chinese" students did not fly up to his standard and that he was going to add addition ground time to the students bill to make up for his time. I was shocked! Also, one of the international students told me how much he had to pay an hour for a C-150, oh my gosh they are just robbing these students of their money!
