I mailed a package to a relative in Denton and the lady in Rochester, NY (Gates) said that the package was insured up to $100.00 even after I told her that I was mailing perishables. I had a 3 day delivery time & it was not delivered until 9 days later. So much for the perishables! Everything was stale and rotten by the time it had been sitting in hot Denton Tx for 6 days. I called & they did an investigation as to why the package was being "held". Never got a call about that. I think UPS is going out of business cuze because they don't fix this. They wouldn't give me a refund for $40.00 for the spoiled items even when I was told they were insured up to $100.00. I was refunded 41.00 for the 3 day shipping that didn't happen tho! Horrible service. UPS never used to be like this but they have hit bottom. So I am joining everyone in this comment section on the horrible service but they want you to pay top dollar for nothing! Will not be using UPS again and especially sending anything to Texas, probably won't ever get it!

I was supposed to get my package a few weeks ago and still have not recieved it my kids have no christmas gifts now. The package said rarlier today out for delivery and then later ir said could not locate package

Don't deliver on time...keep saying "exception" on tracking site. Call customer service and they have a recording saying no one is available to take the call and the call gets disconnected. Try online chat and it is "unavailable". Its two days before Christmas and my package was guaranteed to be here 4 days ago. UPS is awful!

Paid for shipping and additional for extra insurance for very important item delivered to my home. Since when does UPS leave packages on the edge of the highway, more than 400 ft from my house? Dropped off in the late afternoon when I would not have seen or looked for it; likely would not have been there by the time I went out the end of the driveway tomorrow. This is terrible service and no reason for it. I have a turn around drive where large trucks have easy access and egress. Definitely NOT satisfied with this delivery!

Unresponsive, apathetic, unknowing, and totally unable to vet the chain of custody for shipments. And also, hard to talk to a human being....who knows no more than the inadequate UPS tracking tool.

Don't call UPS! Their Customer Service is non-existent. You'll be in a loop with Asia Pacific who will NOT transfer you to an American so you can track your package. My tracking says the address does not contain an apartment number. It's not an apartment. It's a private residence! I'll never use UPS again!!

Cant get your package on the weeekend and they hold your package hostage. There are no provisions to get packages to people who dont fit in their window. GARBAGE!
