I lived in this apartment for over 5 years, and the carpet was not new when I moved in. In my lease agreement, I complained about red and yellow stains in the carpets which was never taken care of . The fixtures and appliances are old and outdated, and the rent is extremely high. You are promised free cable and gym membership, .....truth, is that they do not exist!!!! This is just to bring you into the lease agreement.

I had an old pipe burst in the bathroom and leaked water into my pantry, semi-flooding my apartment, and damaging all my food, and the apartment management told me I should have got home renters insurance!

I moved out of the place on the 13th of december 2008, but was charged for items that I was not responsible for, all adding up to the remaining balance of my rent for the month of december( $350). I was charged for a screen i had already paid for, free window tinting, red and yellow stains on the carpet that I had previously complained about!!!!!

Now, I have no other option than to take this racist, indonesian landlord to court!!!!!

Word of advice, you can always do better with a newer apartment. This one charges $600 for a one bedroom (Ridiculous!!!), which is really just an efficiency apartment, and the management is anything but "Responsive"!!!!!!!
