Highest marks to Cindy Platt and her team. This master bathroom remodel has been easy and quick from the very beginning - and the results are wonderful. Cindy has maintained contact almost daily, and kept me abreast of progress. She was very amenable to changing the paint when I realized it just didn't fit the tile. Her crew has been very respectful of my home - I've never had such a clean remodel!! If you are considering a company for tile, or remodeling - I highly recommend Carpets Plus. You will not be disappointed. Cindy puts customer experience and care at the forefront - a lost commodity in today's busy world. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Chris Strawn ensured we had exactly what we wanted at a fair price, in a timely fashion and a couple of little glitches were dealt with immediately. We used this store 10 plus years ago and we were satisfied enough to come back this summer. Wow, this store has completely changed! They offer remodeling, countertops, custom rock work, and much more. They just completely gutted and remodeled our master bath and it is beautiful.

Just had a beautiful staircase full of a patterned carpet installed. It looks fabulous! I would have given 5 stars but the installer was a little late, other than that, a job well done!
